  • Bulk printing for groups or classes requires prior permission and a licensing quote.

Events, Workshops & Classes

  • Online or in-person participation is at your own risk. Purl and Peace is not responsible for injuries, lost property, or technical difficulties outside of our control.

  • Stable internet is required for online classes. Technical issues on the attendee’s side are not grounds for refunds.

  • By attending, you grant permission for photographs, video, or testimonials to be used in promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Security

  • Sensitive data (such as payment information) is encrypted during transmission.

  • Only trusted service providers and necessary personnel have access to stored information.

Global Access

  • Purl and Peace is based in Ohio, USA, but welcomes customers worldwide. Local taxes, VAT, or fees may apply depending on your location and platform of purchase.

  • For purchases made on Ravelry, Etsy, or GoSadi, their terms and policies apply.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Purl and Peace, we want you to enjoy your knitting journey. Please read the refund and cancellation policies carefully.

Digital Downloads (Patterns, PDFs, Online Resources)

  • All digital sales are final once downloaded.

  • If you purchased in error or made a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] for a resolution.

  • If purchased through a third-party site (Ravelry, Etsy, GoSadi), their policies will apply.

Online & In-Person Workshops or Classes

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel up to 7 days before the event for a full refund (minus any registration/processing fees).

  • Cancel up to 72 hours before the event for a class credit (to use toward another event).

  • Cancellations less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist.

  • All refunds may be subject to a small processing fee.

Technical Issues (Online Classes):

  • A stable internet connection is required. Refunds cannot be issued for attendee-side technical issues.

  • If a class is canceled or interrupted due to my technical issues, a refund or reschedule will be provided.

Physical Products

  • Refunds/exchanges may be available if items are unused and returned within 14 days.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Copyright & Usage Policy

All content on Purl and Peace (including patterns, PDFs, images, blog posts, and class materials) is protected by copyright.

Personal Use Only

  • Digital files are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not reproduce, share, upload, resell, or distribute files in any format.

  • Finished items created from Purl and Peace patterns may be shared or sold in small quantities, but please credit Purl and Peace as the designer.

Bulk Printing & Group Use

  • Patterns may not be printed or distributed for knitting groups, classes, or events without prior permission.

  • To arrange licensing and bulk printing, please contact [email protected] for a quote.

Photography & Media

  • Unless otherwise stated, all photography and branding are the property of Purl and Peace.

  • By attending an event, you may appear in photos or video used for promotional purposes (you may opt out by request in writing).

Enforcement

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of access, refusal of future purchases, and/or legal action.
